  • Grade A USDA product.
  • High quality fresh ingredients (Fresh meat, not frozen before stuffing)

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Contains wheat, milk and soy.

Thawing Instructions: Turducken should thaw thoroughly before cooking. For best results, remove from box and thaw in refrigerator for 48-72 hours.

A cold water bath (be sure to place the turducken and it's packaging inside of a large bag in case of any small holes in the packaging, we wouldn't want the water to dilute the seasoning of the bird) for 8-10 hours works to quick defrost.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Remove Turducken from packaging.

Place the thawed turducken breast side up on a rack in a non stick greased roasting pan

The wings and legs cook faster, so place foil over these 2 areas.

Loosely cover the entire bird with a tent of aluminum foil. (the foil should not be tucked in)

Bake covered with the foil for 2 hours, then uncovered for 1 and a 1/2 hours; or to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Turducken may be basted with butter during the last hour of cooking if desired.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 45 minutes before serving.

Slicing Instructions: For best results, allow an extra 20-30 minutes “resting time” after removing the Turducken from the oven. This allows the juices to be reabsorbed into the meat. Remove string or netting. If netted, pull netting away from the skin, and cut and remove. First, slice off the wings and legs. Cut the remainder into slices approximately ½” to ¾: thick, slicing from wing to wing, then slice once down the middle.

After a discouraging turducken experience from a local shop we decided to try again and searched for the best turducken online. Thanks to the previous reviews we decided to try this one. You guys weren't kidding! This was amazing! We followed the instructions closely and even cooked it alongside a prime rib for Christmas dinner. Thanks to a bit of math and a dual digital thermometer both meals turned out perfect and were ready within 15 minutes of each other. We will definitely be returning customers!

We really enjoyed our Turduckhen this year! We get one every year for Thanksgiving and although this one didn't have all the Louisiana spices that we have tried and loved in some of the others, we had company this year who didn't care for spicy food. This one was perfect for them! The cornbread dressing was amazing! We had many compliments! Great job! Thank you for the help with making our Thanksgiving amazing!

Excellent product. Have been ordering the turduckin for several years for Christmas. Have enjoyed everyone. This has become a tradition for us.

For some reason, after cooking this one, we could not figure out how to slice it without hitting a bone. It was as if it exploded internally. We've had them before and never ran into this problem. It tasted okay, but was seriously a FrankenTurkey

Easy to bake, slice and enjoy. We enjoy them tremendously! Much easier than buying and getting a torrential turkey prepared. Everyone enjoys the unique flavor.

The turducken arrived as scheduled. First time ordering and having for Thanksgiving. Absolutely delicious, seasoned to perfection. Family and friends enjoyed. Will definitely order again.

This was not our first turducken. We have ordered several times before. In fact, the top choice now seems to be a turducken for a major family dinner. It is a definite hit with our immediate family and those who have been invited over at different times. Cajun Grocer can count us in, in the future. The order process was very easy. This time we used the accumulated rewards, though that didn't amount to very much. The family was very happy with this selection.
